At Knots & Kneading, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at knotsandkneading@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

PAYMENT POLICY

I offer full refunds for products returned within 30 days of purchase. Once I receive your returned item, I will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

As a small business side gig. I have two kind requests of my customers.

First, please note my shipping is 3-7 business days. Outside of crochet, I am also a PhD student in Cell Biology & Physiology, so the extra time helps me give you my best products in a timely manner.

Second, please respect my payment methods! I love sharing my crochet work, but there are scammers who specifically target small businesses. As such, when I create PayPal invoices or receive ANY form of payment, I take this very seriously. I will give you shipping confirmation and update any changes that may happen to an order. However, for the sake of good business, I will NOT ship any product without a complete payment nor will I receive payments through methods I have not listed on this website.

If you reached out to me through Instagram or social media, I will still require payments and order information to be conducted through this website. This allows for the greatest security for both myself and you, the customers.
